Who it's for

The same schedule answers different questions.

Owners want to know what to fix. Buyers and lenders want to know what's real. Payments does both.

Owners

Every month: what came in, what's missing, what changed and the one or two things to do about it.

  • Money waiting (referred back items)
  • Charges you shouldn't have lost
  • Pharmacy First cap watch
  • Next payment and cash calendar

Buyers

Upload the seller's schedules and see the real NHS income behind the asking price — not an estimate.

  • Verified 12-month NHS income
  • Steadiness month to month
  • Service mix and reliance on high-cost items
  • Cross-checked with published NHS data

Lenders & valuers

Evidence you can rely on: actual NHSBSA figures, how complete they are, and which way they're going.

What we find

Every line of the schedule, read for you.

Each finding says what happened, what it's worth when the schedule shows it, and what to do. No guessed figures.

Money waitingItems referred back unpaid, valued at your own average item value, with what to do.
Charges lostExempt prescriptions moved to chargeable — the charge deducted and the likely cause.
Pharmacy First capHow close you are to the consultation cap and anything adjusted off for going over.
Cash calendarWhen each month's advance and balance land, and a range for your next payment.
Service gapsNMS and Pharmacy First against matched pharmacies, priced at the fee on your own schedule.
Verified incomeTrailing twelve months of actual NHS income, mix and stability — for lenders and buyers.
TrendsItems, income and services against last month and last year, and why the advance moved.
Group roll-upEvery branch in your eSchedule on one table, ranked, with totals on a common month.
How it works

Two minutes from download to answers.

  1. 1

    Get your schedules

Download the FP34 PDF or eSchedule from the NHSBSA Information Services Portal. It keeps 12 months, so take a whole year.

  2. 2

    Drop them in

Any mix of PDFs, eSchedules and ZIPs. One eSchedule covers every branch in your company.

  3. 3

    Read what matters

Findings first, then the month in detail. Add next month's schedule when it arrives and the trends build themselves.

Private by design

Your payments stay yours.

Schedules are commercially sensitive. We treat them that way.

  • Your file never leaves your device. It's read in your browser — even scanned copies — and only the figures are sent. You can delete them any time.
  • Bank details are never read. The bank page of the PDF and the bank columns of the eSchedule are dropped before anything is sent.
  • Only your workspace sees them. Nothing from your schedules appears on public pages.
  • Checked line by line. Every total is re-added and compared with NHSBSA's control totals. A scanned copy is only saved when every total adds up to the penny.

What is the FP34?

It's the Schedule of Payments NHSBSA issues every month for each pharmacy in England: what was paid for the prescriptions you dispensed, your fees and services, local schemes, charges taken off, and the advance for next month.

Where do I get it?

From the NHSBSA Information Services Portal (Payment information) as a PDF, or as the eSchedule file if you're registered for electronic schedules. The portal keeps 12 months, so you can upload a full year today. A ZIP of several files works too.

Can I upload a scanned or photocopied FP34?

Yes. Scans are read in your browser with text recognition, and a scan is only saved when every total on it adds up to the penny — otherwise we tell you which part to rescan. The PDF or eSchedule from the NHSBSA portal is quicker and always exact.

I own several pharmacies — one upload or many?

The eSchedule file covers every branch under your company, so one file a month is enough. PDFs are one pharmacy each; drop them all in at once. A pharmacy under a different company comes from that company's file.

Is this my profit?

No — it's your NHS income: what the NHS paid. Profit also depends on what you paid wholesalers for the medicines, wages and overheads, which aren't on the FP34. We say that wherever it matters.

See what your last FP34 is telling you.

Who can see my figures?

Only people in your PharmAnalyser workspace. Your figures never appear on public pages. Your file is read in your browser and never sent to us — only the figures are saved — the bank details printed on it are never read, and you can delete everything at any time.

Why do Pro insights need a Watchlist place?

Trends, verified income and peer gaps work on your own pharmacies on the Watchlist. Pro includes 5 places; each extra is £4 a month, and you can remove a place any time.

Can I upload a pharmacy I'm buying, or a client's?

Yes. Tell us whose schedules they are when you upload (your pharmacy, one you're buying, or a client). They stay private to your workspace.

Scotland and Wales?

England first. Scotland's Excel eSchedules are next, using the same analysis; Wales and Northern Ireland follow.
